ROBERT A. COHEN, ESQ. (Bachelor of Science, American University, 1976; Juris Doctorate, New York Law School, 1979) has been practicing matrimonial law on Long Island for over 26 years. He has lectured on custody, support enforcement, trial preparation and other matrimonial and family law issues. Mr. Cohen has been attorney of record on several significant appeals regarding custody and equitable distribution, including "M" v. "M", where a father was awarded custody in part due to a pattern of the mother's interference with visitation and "P" v."P", where a portion of the husband's complex pension benefits were awarded to the wife.
